The STEPS Program is designed for those students of junior to senior high age with significant mental or physical disabilities.
- I.P.P. (Individual Program Plan) is developed for each student, and the program is tailored to their needs.
- Emphasis is on functional life skill acquisition.
- Programming areas focus on self-help skills,
behaviour improvement, work skills, sensory stimulation,
communication (augmentative if necessary) and
community skills training. - High staff/student ratio.
